Features:
1. High-speed, high-efficiency, fine and even crushed material. The sample is milled and hammered at a high speed (16800 revolutions/min) into fine uniform powder and then enters the stainless steel integrator with the high-speed airflow through the stainless steel sieve to prepare the sample.
2. The inner wall of the box is glued with domestic excellent sound-absorbing and sound-proof materials, with low noise.
3. The motor is equipped with a temperature protector. Once the motor exceeds the set temperature, it will automatically shut down for protection. After the temperature drops to normal, it can be restarted.
4. The high-speed airflow during sample crushing has a self-cleaning effect, and it is generally not necessary to manually clean the grinder during the sample crushing interval.
5. The crushed samples (samples passing through sieve plates with different apertures) are suitable for sample preparation and measurement and analysis of other fineness requirements such as gluten quantity, quality, falling value, near-infrared composition, and grain viscosity.
6. Irregularly shaped large-particle samples (such as large-grain corn), etc., must be pre-crushed by a laboratory grinding mill or directly fed and crushed.
7. The high-speed airflow in the hammer crushing process will cause the loss of water in the sample. Generally, samples with 10-20% water content will lose 5-10% of the water during the crushing process.
