The laboratory of the Translational Medicine Center of the hospital purchased a Tissuelyser-24 type grinder made by Shanghai Jingxin Technology.

There is no significant difference in the concentration and purity of the DNA and RNA extracted from FT after the automatic sample rapid grinder treatment and manual liquid nitrogen grinding treatment of Shanghai Jingxin (pairwise test P>0.05). However, manual grinding has a larger sample loss rate. For samples with low DNA extraction concentration, the automatic grinder can achieve zero sample loss.
