The laboratory purchased a Shanghai Jingxin Tissuelyser-24 automatic sample rapid grinder to help the laboratory grind samples in experimental and clinical studies where REG4 is used as a serum marker for early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

There is no significant difference in the concentration and purity of the DNA and RNA extracted from FT after the automatic sample rapid grinder treatment and manual liquid nitrogen grinding treatment of Shanghai Jingxin (pairwise test P>0.05). However, manual grinding has a larger sample loss rate. For samples with low DNA extraction concentration, the automatic grinder can achieve zero sample loss. It has obvious advantages in DNA extraction, and the manual processing process is complicated and easy to cross. Contamination, operation time and other aspects are not as good as Shanghai Jingxin's automatic sample rapid grinder, so the automatic grinder has great advantages for DNA extraction compared to manual grinding.
