The central laboratory of Shanghai Xuhui District Central Hospital purchased a JXFSTPRP-24 grinder from Shanghai Jingxin Technology, which was used in multiple clinical experimental research projects such as pharmacokinetics, molecular biology, tumor drug sensitivity and gene amplification.

There is no significant difference in the concentration and purity of the DNA and RNA extracted from FT after the automatic sample rapid grinder treatment and manual liquid nitrogen grinding treatment of Shanghai Jingxin (pairwise test P>0.05). However, manual grinding has a larger sample loss rate. For samples with low DNA extraction concentration, the automatic grinder can achieve zero sample loss. It has obvious advantages in DNA extraction, and the manual processing process is complicated and easy to cross. Contamination, operation time and other aspects are not as good as Shanghai Jingxin's automatic sample rapid grinder, so the automatic grinder has great advantages for DNA extraction compared to manual grinding.
