The JXDC-400 series nitrogen purging instrument is a high-precision temperature control instrument formed by the combination of microcomputer processing and PID control. Its working principle is to blow nitrogen to the surface of the heated sample quickly, continuously and controllably, according to the concentration of the solvent. Evaporation speed and boiling point, set heating temperature, realize rapid concentration of a large number of samples.
This instrument uses an aluminum plate heating module, which has good heat transfer and uniform heat transfer, which is conducive to rapid heating and rapid temperature control. Blow nitrogen to the surface of the sample to achieve oxygen-free concentration of the liquid sample. The blowpipes are independent of each other and will not cause cross-contamination. The air needle channels on the air distribution assembly can be used in combination or individually.
