Shanghai Jingxin®'s high-throughput tissue grinder (patented product, counterfeit must be investigated! ZL2018300207398) is a special, fast, high-efficiency, multi-test tube consistent system. It can extract and purify the original DNA, RNA and protein from any source (including soil, plant and animal tissues/organs, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, paleontological specimens, etc.).

使用上海净信Tissuelyser全自动样品快速研磨仪对酵母进行研磨,将不锈钢钢珠和样本分别装入研磨钢罐中,然后放入到用聚苯乙烯盒子盛放的液氮中,当预冷冻过程结束后,时间一分钟左右,或者直到原来沸腾的液体氮恢复平静,将破碎罐从液氮中取出,并要将破碎罐沾有的液体全部清理干净,以避免在破碎过程中发生爆炸。研磨钢罐最好用坩埚钳或大镊子夹取出来,而且通常要带经过冷冻的手套,冻伤以免。
